Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Product formulations
- Packaging specifications

Production will begin only after all required approvals have been received.
8. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product category, packaging type, formulation, and customization requirements.
Specific MOQs will be confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement.
9. Samples
Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only.
Minor variations between samples and mass-produced products may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, raw material batches, or packaging updates.
Customers should complete all necessary testing and market evaluations before approving mass production.
10. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency.
- A deposit may be required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless alternative payment terms have been agreed.
Late payments may result in:
- Production delays
- Shipment delays
- Order suspension
- Additional administrative or financing charges where permitted by applicable law
11. Production Lead Time
Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith.
Actual lead times may vary due to:
- Raw material availability
- Packaging supply
- Equipment maintenance
- Quality inspections
- Public holidays
- Logistics disruptions
- Government regulations
- Force majeure
Production schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Risk of loss and title to the products transfer according to the agreed Incoterms or other written shipping terms.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import licenses
- Customs clearance
- Duties and taxes
- Compliance with local regulations
Any delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers are outside our reasonable control.
13. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery.
Any claim regarding:
- Quantity shortages
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products
must be submitted in writing within the period specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Failure to notify us within the applicable period may constitute acceptance of the products.
14. Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which they are marketed or sold.
Unless expressly agreed, we do not guarantee that a product, label, claim, or ingredient is approved for every jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required registrations, certifications, or regulatory approvals in their target markets.
15. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, packaging artwork, technical documents, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Customer-provided materials remain the customer’s property.
Our manufacturing methods, standard formulations, production processes, and proprietary know-how remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, commercial, or manufacturing information disclosed during the course of cooperation.
Where required, we are willing to execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
17. Quality Assurance
Products are manufactured in accordance with our internal quality management procedures and applicable manufacturing standards.
Customers are responsible for conducting their own stability testing, compatibility testing, transportation testing, and market validation where appropriate for their intended use and target markets.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order, product, or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected products.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunities.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Epidemics or pandemics
- War
- Civil unrest
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Shortages of raw materials or utilities
Performance will resume as soon as reasonably practicable after the force majeure event ends.
